41-YO Haryana Man Who Has Saved 1650 People From Drowning Now Struggling For His Own Life

Indian culture and tradition teach us to do good to the others so that your Karma eases your difficulties in life. There are many people who selflessly risk their lives – in order to save others – without even demanding anything in return. They are hailed as heroes, all right. However, when they are in need they are forgotten and left to face their destiny all alone. The 41-year-old Pargat Singh always lived with a mission to save others drowning in deep and dangerous water bodies in the north Indian state of Haryana.

For the last 13 years, he saved people, fetched dead bodies, and battled ferocious animals who threatened human lives. He Has a rough account of 1650 people whom he saved from drowning in Punjab and Haryana while retrieving 11,802 bodies. Singh, who earns his living by working as a dairy farmer took not even a single penny for doing all this good work.

On 23 October, he had a road accident, in which he got severely injured along with his wife. Singh is in dire need of money, but no one is coming forward to help him.
