Nice-Matin report today that AS Monaco are likely to be busy in the January transfer window, as manager Thierry Henry wants to make one major signing in each sector of the pitch.
Talks, according to the outlet, are back on with Inter Milan left-back Dalbert about a return to Ligue 1 on a loan with option to buy deal. ASM were in negotiations for the Brazilian earlier in the year, but decided to go for Antonio Barreca from Torino instead, in a deal that has not worked out as well the Principality side would have liked.
Up top, AS Monaco are surveying the situation regarding Michy Batshuayi, who has failed to win a starting spot in Valencia’s team this season. Thierry Henry knows the Chelsea player will following their time together with the Belgian national team.
