Turkish giants Besiktas have reached an oral agreement with Lyon for the transfer of right-back Rafael, according to L’Équipe.
The 27-year-old has just one year left on his OL contract – the initial arrangement must now be formalised if the deal is to go through.
It is unclear at this stage whether or not the player is for the move.
