Speaking to Le Bien Public, Dijon President Olivier Delcourt named his price for 24-year-old striker Wesley Said, who has been refusing to train with the club after he feels they broke their promise about allowing him to leave this summer.
“I thought he would turn up on Monday when he came back from holidays, but he still wasn’t here. We are waiting for him at training. We want him to play with Dijon and we have not changed our minds. His attitude is not acceptable. It will be €8m, or nothing. When you want something, you have to pay for it. Especially when we don’t want him to go. I did not make a gentlemen’s agreement with him, even if there are offers that one cannot refuse. I agree to let him go, but not for any random price.”
Toulouse are in advanced negotiations to sign the forward.
