If you thought Roman Reigns nearly being crushed to death by falling production equipment was ridiculous, just wait until you see what happened to the Big Dog this week on Monday Night Raw.
Just as Reigns was arriving to the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh this evening, his vehicle was struck by another oncoming vehicle, crushing the passenger’s side door. The driver-in-question then sped off into the night before anyone could get a good look at who was behind the wheel.
Luckily, Reigns managed to get back into his own vehicle before being hit by the oncoming car. He was clearly shaken up after the incident, and was checked on by Triple H, an onlooking Samoa Joe and other officials.
Now, I shouldn’t have to say this, but this is of course all part of WWE’s ongoing story where Roman Reigns has nearly been killed – or at least severely injured – by a mysterious assailant. He was NOT actually involved in a car accident, nor was he actually crushed by production equipment.
While WWE had been overtly teasing Samoa Joe as the attacker, seeing as the two were involved in a violent brawl just 24 hours before the mysterious incident took place on Smackdown Live. However, Joe was actually an eye-witness to the crash on Raw, as he was approaching Reigns at the time looking to challenge him to a fight.
Whoever is behind these attacks, I hope they did them for The Rock.
