WWE returns to the O2 Arena in London, England this afternoon to tape this week’s episodes of 205 Live and SmackDown Live.
After taping RAW and Main Event in the venue on Monday, WWE returns to the world-famous arena to tape tonight’s blue-brand show, which is scheduled to feature another showdown between WWE Champion A.J. Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura.

Daniel Bryan kicks off the show in the ring. He will be interviewed by Renee Young. After a lengthy period of cheering and chants for the leader of “The Yes! Movement,” Bryan talks about what he wants to do now that he is back to being an active member of the WWE talent roster.
According to Bryan, his long-term goal is to capture the WWE Championship. As he continues to speak, he is interrupted by Big Cass. The two brawl and eventually Bryan takes out the leg of the big man. Bryan locks in a submission hold and squeezes away as ringside officials try to break things up. The fans are breaking out in loud “Yes!” chants as Big Cass is helped to the backstage area.
The New Day vs. The Bar
After the opening segment with Bryan and Cass, we head to the ring for our first match of the evening. This will be a tag-team contest, as The New Day will be taking on The Bar.
This match was given a little bit of time and the crowd was still hyped from the opening segment and the Daniel Bryan chants. In the end, The New Day ended up picking up the “W.”
Because they won the match, The New Day can now select a member of their team to enter the men’s Money In The Bank ladder match at next month’s pay-per-view.

Backstage: The Bludgeon Brothers
After the match, we head to a backstage segment where we see The Bludgeon Brothers. They invite teams to “come and play.”
Backstage: Paige Books MITB Qualifier
From there, we shoot to another backstage segment. WWE SmackDown Live General Manager Paige is shown and she announces that tonight there will be a Women’s Money In The Bank qualifying match that features Becky Lynch vs. Mandy Rose vs. Sonya Deville.
Backstage: Renee Young Interviews A.J. Styles
We go to one final quick backstage segment, as WWE broadcast team member Renee Young is with WWE Champion A.J. Styles. Young interviews Styles about his match in the main event this evening against Shinsuke Nakamura.
Andrade “Cien” Almas vs. Local Wrestler
Finally, we head back to the ring, as former NXT World Champion Andrade “Cien” Almas comes out with Zelina Vega. They will be making their debuts next.
Almas ended up defeating a local enhancement talent in a one-on-one match in his WWE main roster television in-ring debut. After the match, Vega cut a promo warning the entire locker room about Almas.

Carmella’s “Royal Mellabration”
After the in-ring debut of “Cien” Almas, WWE SmackDown Live Women’s Champion Carmella makes her way down to the ring for her “Royal Mellabration.”
The proceedings were a grand spectacle, basically what you would expect from this segment. Eventually, Carmella is interrupted by SmackDown Live General Manager Paige, who books Asuka vs. Carmella for the WWE SmackDown Live Women’s Championship at next month’s WWE Money In The Bank pay-per-view.
WWE Women’s Money In The Bank Qualifying Match
Becky Lynch vs. Mandy Rose vs. Sonya DevilleOur live correspondent didn’t have a lot of details on what happened here. All we know is that “The Lass Kicker” ended up getting her hand raised, defeating Rose and Deville to advance to the Women’s Money In The Bank ladder match.

SmackDown Live Matches For Next Week
It was announced that at next week’s episode of SmackDown Live, two Money In The Bank Qualifying matches will take place. In one match, Samoa Joe and Big Cass will go one-on-one with a spot in the men’s MITB ladder match on-the-line. The other match will feature Lana vs. Billie Kay for a spot in the women’s MITB ladder match.
Non-Title Match
A.J. Styles vs. Shinsuke NakamuraIn the advertised main event of the evening, WWE Champion A.J. Styles and bitter-rival Shinsuke Nakamura go at it in a non-title match.
According to our live correspondent, this was actually one of the better matches these two have had in WWE. It might actually be there best match.
In the end, Nakamura ended up scoring the victory. As a result, as per the pre-match stipulations, Nakamura now gets to pick the stipulation for their WWE Championship rematch at next month’s WWE Money In The Bank pay-per-view.
