One of the top women’s independent wrestlers Allysin Kay debuted with TNA Wrestling at Thursday night’s Impact TV tapings in Orlando.
PWTorch learned on Thursday that Kay signed with TNA prior to her debut at the tapings.
Kay was one of several independent wrestlers to compete at the “Knockouts Knockdown” PPV taping in March. She was brought back at this week’s TV tapings and signed a deal.
Kay will be featured on the “One Night Only” Knockouts PPV premiering Friday night on cable/satellite providers. She faces Gail Kim in a high-profile singles match.
Last Friday, Kay was in the main event of the SHINE 34 Internet PPV presented by WWNLive from Ybor City, Florida. Kay defeated Su Yung in a Singapore Cane match.
