Ligue 1 side OGC Nice continue to negotiate for the possible return of former club captain Nampalys Mendy from Leicester City.
Speaking to Téléfoot on the phone, Mendy’s advisor Yacine Ayad had the following to say:

“I am still in negotiations with Nice. It would be a source of great pride for the player and for me too if he came back because it is like he never left the club that allowed him to grow up. We owe Nice a lot. And if there is even a 1% chance of joining Nice, then we will take it.”
